The Former RealJoy Properties was founded in 2006, they have received multiple awards over the past decade. Their experienced agents bring ethical buying and selling principles to the Emerald Coast. Suellen, did an excellent job for us during our recent condominium purchase. Initial contact was made from a Zillow search. Not only was Suellen professional in her dealings, she was over the top responsive and helpful in obtaining an attorney to close our transaction and a contractor to renovate the property. Five stars is not enough for Suellen.
